In the Europe 72 tour, which two songs were only ever played to lead off the first set?

We have a winner! Don't you just love the irony that snow_and_rain didn't get Cold Rain and Snow?

They played 6 different first set openers as far as I can tell:

Bertha
Truckin'
Promised Land
GSET
CR&S
PITB

Yes, but the question was which two songs were ONLY played as first set openers.
